She studied product design at EINA University Center of Design and Art of Barcelona. Later, she decided to expand her knowledge in the field of furniture by pursuing a master’s degree at Elisava Barcelona School of Design and Engineering.
During the master’s program, she met Iratxe González de Viñaspre, and together they later designed the Ophelia table lamp.
She has extensive work experience in different companies, studios and brands in the areas of packaging, facades, product design and lighting design. As a lighting designer, she has gained a deep understanding of light, as an intangible material that has the ability to transform spaces and evoke sensations.
In 2020 she founded her own project “Blaumel Studio”, a space for conceptualizing, creating, experiencing, and designing products with soul.
